We transport you to a world where the holiday never ends, where each day is a celebration of the extraordinary. From the golden rays of sunshine to the rhythmic lull of the waves, our mission is to make Mayan more than a residence, but a home that feels like a holiday everyday.

Mayan in Arabic means "The Two Waters"
A sea view is a luxury, in Mayan this luxury is multiplied by two; beyond the stretch of sea and behind the mangroves, there is a water of a sea canal glimmering in the distance.

Mall Kiosk - Sunshine

We wanted our mall kiosk to showcase the charm of beachfront living at Mayan, To do this, the lighting at our kiosk will mimic naturel light. The stand will be decorated with nature elements. For example, the center table will be set on a terrarium and for seating we will have deck chairs.
Elevator Branding
- A lift with a view
The most scenic elevator you will have stepped into. On the door is an image of curtains. When the doors open, the curtains part. Stepping into the elevator you will feel like you are standing on a balcony at Mayan with a beautiful beach ahead.
Digital Banner - Did you think it is a resort?
At first glance, you will mistake Mayan for a luxury beach resort. We use this to our advantage.
Our digital banners will look like a 5star resort ad at first. But you will soon realize that this is actully your future home
