As part of a major hotel brand’s grand opening across multiple locations in Japan, I led the creative and logistical direction for a shoot that celebrated the people behind the scenes—the teams who brought the project to life.
 

Scope of Work:

• Planned and coordinated the shoot remotely and on the ground in Japan, working closely with videographers and translators to ensure seamless execution across language and cultural barriers

• Focused on authentic storytelling, capturing the energy, dedication, and craft of the teams behind the openings

• Managed production timelines and creative direction.
   

In addition to the video content, I also designed and developed print and digital assets, including brochures and internal materials to commemorate the opening and recognize team contributions.

The result was a blend of documentary content and branded materials that not only marked a milestone moment for the brand but also honored the people who made it possible.
